DOPE TEACHER GEAR ORDERING POLICIES.
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS
Dope Teacher Gear does not accept returns. However, we do offer exchanges (within 5 business days) for the following reasons:
- If a product is damaged or
- Is faulty upon delivery or
- The wrong product (item or size according to order number)
Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out as once items are shipped they cannot be changed.
Any return exceptions will be refunded via store credit in the form of Dope Teacher Gear store credit (E-Gift Code).
All preorders and sale items are final sale.
How to RETURN and receive STORE CREDIT
For return requests, please email info@dopeteachergear.com with the subject 'Return' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return (see approved reasons above).
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account as a STORE CREDIT.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT
Our bad for the mix-up and we will ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible!
Please send us an email at info@dopeteachergear.com to notify us of the error. Please include your order number, name, and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color, and size.
Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or the wrong item.
We will gladly correct our error and send you another product if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, we do not adjust prices once purchases are finalized. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. This also applies to Free Shipping discount codes.
IF GRANTED A REFUND, WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?
Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method please reach out to your financial institution.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
Items are created to order and may take up to 7 days to ship.
Standard local orders take 3-7 business days to be delivered after shipment.
International orders take 10-30 business days to be delivered due to Covid-19.
Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors (such as holiday season).
MY ORDER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event, you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ISSUES
Dope Teacher Gear will NOT be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.
